and now he that he has this power the former owner of the note book comes along a shinigami ( god of death) this shinigami tells him he can do anything he wants with the note book but when he dies he can't go to hell nor heaven so he thinks of creating a perfect world by eliminating
al criminals and becoming the god of this perfect world and that's how the story goes
